By accessing this website or hiring PremiumXpress LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”), you (“Client”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

- Submit payments as agreed

4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Licenses for third-party assets remain with their original owners.
5. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are defined in project agreements. Late payments may result in delays or additional fees.
6. Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable once work begins. If a project is canceled, you will be invoiced for work completed up to that point.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate service for non-payment, violation of these terms, or abusive behavior.
9. Third-Party Tools
We may use third-party services (e.g., plugins, hosting). We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party tools.
10. Changes to Terms

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
